We have a network of strategic international partnerships including leading brokers in major cities around the world who are offered 24/7 access to info on your development, and the ability to begin the purchasing process online.

Our team is always on-call to serve you, with our senior executives offering their experience, insights and strategies to attain the results you seek, from staffing and supervising sales events to coordinating after-sales service to purchasers.

Feasibility Phase

Iconic’s expertise can be invaluable right from the very start, beginning with a site inspection. We can make Lot/Land purchase recommendations, providing a preliminary CMA based on proposed lot size and housing type. We can also provide input on home size, general architectural and floor plan suggestions, and recommendations on the most attainable selling prices.

Prior to Opening

Iconic offers a multitude of services prior to the opening of your ne w project. We can assist in the marketing campaign development; critique floor plans; evaluate the level of finish and features; and make suggestions for opening incentives and/or purchaser incentive programs.

We arrange suitable staffing for sales office and field all pre-opening/reservation sales calls; provide direction/attend meetings you’re your advertising agency; and evaluate the feasibility of utilizing MLS or agent referral programs.

With data based on a final CMA, we can make adjustments for features, prices, lot premiums, incentives, as well as providing input on all copy for brochures, websites and feature highlight sheets.

Opening Events

Iconic will preparation and host each opening event including Friends and Family Previews, Broker Events (Platinum, VIP, General), Pre-registrant Previews and public Grand Openings. We fully staff each opening with experienced, licensed realtors, with Iconic’s entire management team also in attendance.

Working With Buyers

Iconic will work closely with all types of buyers: first time, upgrading, downsizing and investors. We can review the floor plans and 3D virtual tours with them, and provide whatever follow-up is needed to close the sale, including reviewing and signing offers, presenting offers to the builder and reviewing any referral and/or incentive programs.

Ongoing Builder Support

We can recommend price increase and incentive changes where recommended, assisting with price list management and information gathering information from BILD, Realnet, TREB and MLS if required.

After Sale Follow-Up With Purchasers

We liaison with bank/mortgage brokers on mortgage information and approvals, and with Appraiser as required. We administer amendments to Agreements of Purchase and Sale, including agreements which are conditional on sale (COS) of purchaser’s property. We can help implement a purchaser referral program, and assist with colour package and upgrade administration as required by highlighting upgraded décor options in your sales office.
